During this tour you will see our towering mountain peaks and two the most beautiful lake in Kyrgyzstan. First of all you will see the biggest lake Issyk Kul that is hidden between two ranges. After that you will visit our famous Son Kul Lake that is situated on the altitude of 3016 m. a. s. l. You will sleeps in yurts as nomads did for many years and it is a great chance to find out more about Kyrgyz culture and life!

Tour summary:

Day 1: Bishkek city

Guide meets you at Manas International Airport and attends you to Bishkek City (30 min. drive), where you will start the day with a breakfast. The morning you spend in Bishkek City (capital of Kygyzstan). During the city tour you will visit the central Ala-Too Square, Pobeda Square (Victory Square), the History Museum, National philharmonic, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Oriental Bazaar, Art Gallery and some others places.Traditional dinner will be served at 7 p.m. you will spend the night in a Hotel****.

Day 2: Bishkek - Son Kul Lake

After breakfast we start our drive to the second biggestlake in Kyrgyzstan Son Kul Lake. Lunch will be taken on the way. Son Kul Lake is the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan (3013 meters a.s.l.) it surrounded by picturesque mountains. Since ancient times Kyrgyz nomads used this wonderful area to graze their cattle. After our arrival, you will be free to have a rest and enjoy the unsullied nature of the lake. Dinner and overnight will be in traditional nomadic dwellings - yurts. A yurta is unchangeable nomad's dwelling. It is made of a wooden skeleton and covered by felt. Kyrgyz people live in yurts since the very ancient times till nowdays.

Day 3: Son Kul Lake - Tash Rabat Caravanserai (Stone castle)

After packing your backpacks, you will be served breakfast at 8 o'clock and then you will be transmitted to the mysterious Stone Castle Tash Rabat- Caravanserai on the Great Silk Road (14th century). Tash Rabat located at Tian Shan Mountains, it has no analogue in the whole world, because was built inside a stout rockat a height 3200 m a.s.l.. There are 31 gloomy rooms in the mountain. Walls there are 1 m. thick.There are also deep prison cells for ancient thieves under the floor. Traditional dinner will be served at 7 p.m. You will spend the night in yurts near by the Tash Rabat caravanserai.

Day 4: Tash Rabat - Kochkor valley

After breakfast you departure to Kochkor village (185 km). At the Kochkorka village you will meet a family that presents you the way of how national woolen felt carpets are produced. You will have a chance to create your own carpet. You will have delicious dinner with a local family, watching a special national music show. Overnight in the Kochkor Guesthouse.

Day 5: Kochkor valley - Tamga village

Breakfast at 8 o'clock. Then you will drive to the majestic Issyk-Kul Lake (200 km), the second biggest alpine lake in the world (1608m.a.s.l.). "the pearl of Central Asia" as it also called. On the way you will drive through the astonishing valley and you will pass the Orto Tokoi reservoir. When we are in Tamga village you will have a rest on the southern beach of the lake where you can lie on the warm sand or swim in the lake. Thanks to the salty water, Lake Issyk Kul has many healing properties. Your dinner will be served at 7 p.m. in Tamga Guesthouse, where you will also spend the night. Day 6: Tamga - KarakolThe day starts with a breakfast at 8 o'clock. Then you have free time to enjoy pure and warm water in the lake till 12 pm. Afterwards, you will start your trip to Karakol city by car (50km). Then you will have a guided Karakol City Tour. The tour includes the visit of the picturesque Dungan mosque. One of its attractions is the fact that it is built in Chinese style without metal parts. This will be followed by the visit of an old wooden Orthodox Church with a unique icon inside. Later, you will visit the museum of M.V. Prejvalsky, one of the greatest explores of Central Asia. His the most important achievements were the crossing of the desert Taklamakan and the discovery of more than 4000 animals, including the Horse of Prejevalsky. National dinner will be at 8 p.m. Night in a Guesthouse.

Day 7: Karakol - Bishkek

Breakfast is served at 8 o'clock. After the breakfast you will be transmitted to Cholpon Ata the northern shore of the glittering pearl of Central Asia- Issyk-Kul Lake. On the way, we will make a short break at 1 pm, where you can enjoy lunch in a pleasant atmosphere. After thatthere will be continuation of the way with visiting the stone depictions (dating back to 800 B.C.) including the museum. After that you will be transmitted to Bishkek city (280km) by car through a fantastic Boom Gorge. At 7 pm a farewell dinner is served. Night in a Hotel****.

Day 8: Bishkek - Europe

Your guide will pick you up from your Hotel transmit to Manas International Airport at the time arranged previously.
